Apcalis

Apcalis is a treatment for erectile dysfunction commonly known as impotence in men. The drug contains Tadalafil as an active substance which is a selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5). This substance is designed to increase the levels of cGMP in the cavernous body of penis, relaxes the muscles and allows for blood flow to the tissues of the penis. This fact would lead to the tough and pleasant erections. The effect of the drug can be reached from 30 minutes to 1 hour and can lasts up to 36 hours. However, Apcalis features unwanted side effects which include reddening of the face, blurred vision and  headache.
